@Xfinity shockingly bad service…our family moved locally and instead of transferring service, they canceled it…I lost all my recordings and spent 7 hours trying to fix it…3 different techs said they did something on their end and it takes an hour to process….a lie to end call

@PenPaladin @seananmcguire Police can’t fix this. If you informed them that you were going to fix it yourself they’d say be safe and just send medics if you eventually needed them because no one from Comcast is coming. From a police dispatcher who spent 3 weeks dealing with this same issue.

@peterhartlaub @sfchronicle Maybe peaco*ck through xfinity not just the solo peaco*ck app. If you have cable, you probably also have the hallmark channel. I finished it. I never watched so many commercials not even on regular cable 🫠
