WASH SERVICES

What are your hours of operation?

We operate year-round and have hours based on the season (fall/winter and spring/summer). Please visit https://www.goldennozzlecarwash.com/locations/ for the operating hours for each of our locations.

Where are you located?

We have over 50 locations across the Northeast. For more detailed location information, click here.

Are your vacuums really free?

We offer free self-serve vacuums at most of our locations, wherever possible. You are welcome to use our self-serve vacuums, no purchase necessary. Most of the vacuums at our locations are free. Please double check the location you are planning to visit.

What types of washes do you offer?

Exterior Wash: Enjoy a ride through the tunnel with a soft cloth wash with a touch-free dry.Full Serve (Interior & Exterior): Includes interior vacuuming, washing interior windows, wiping dashboard and door jambs and towel drying. (Interior & Express Detail Services available only at our 915 E. Columbus Ave location in Springfield, MA)

What is the height restriction of the wash tunnel?

All locations can accommodate at least a 7’2” vehicle.

Do the washes include drying?

Each wash includes a timed air dry at the end.

Does it damage my car to wash it every day?

We use a soft cloth wash procedure and Simoniz chemicals, which are safe for all vehicle finishes. You can wash every day without damage to your car.

Do you close in the rain?

While we usually do stay open in the rain, we reserve the right to close for inclement weather.

MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

How do I go unlimited?

Click here or visit us on site to sign up for any of our unlimited plans.

How do I pay for my unlimited plan?

The credit or debit card used when you go unlimited will be charged monthly on your anniversary date.

How often can I wash?

You can wash as often as you like, as long as your Unlimited Wash Pass remains active.

How do I cancel my unlimited plan?

You can discontinue your plan online or visit Golden Nozzle and speak with an attendant. There is no contract or obligation, and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.

Terms and Conditions

This pass is valid only FOR ONE VEHICLE, not for multiple vehicles.· Credit or debit card required at time of purchase.· Membership automatically renews and is BILLED MONTHLY to the credit card on the sign-up date.· Membership can be cancelled at any time at any car wash location. No partial month refunds will be given regardless of usage.· Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.· Unlimited Wash Pass may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.· We reserve the right to temporarily close one or more locations due to inclement weather, holidays or equipment failure.· Tag must be attached to the front windshield.· Members will be charged for tag replacement and transfers.· Membership tag may not be tampered with or used/transferred to a different vehicle. Any unreported change of vehicle ownership will void membership.· Not valid at touch free car wash locations.· Tax applicable on wash passes purchased in CT.· Prices may vary depending on the location of the car wash.· We reserve the right to change the program, plans or price at any time.· Membership is for personal use only; livery service vehicles, ride share vehicles and taxi cabs are prohibited.· If the membership is used in any way inconsistent with the terms and conditions, membership will be immediately terminated without a refund.· We reserve the right to revoke membership for abuse or misuse of the program, as deemed by management.

Interior (Full Serve) and Express Detail

Do you have interior services?

We offer interior & exterior services only at our 915 E. Columbus Ave, Springfield, MA location.

Why should I get an interior clean?

Do you enjoy cleaning up dog hair or split Cheerios? Well, we do, and we’ll make sure you never have to again. Interior services give you the peace of mind that having a clean car (inside and out) gives you. Trust us, it’s worth it.

What is auto detailing?

Auto detailing is an extensive cleaning and reconditioning of your car’s interior, exterior or both.

Why should I get my car detailed?

Detailing is convenient, affordable and performed by professionally trained technicians. Your car can be detailed in 20 minutes or less for most services, no appointment necessary.

Is detailing considered car maintenance?

Auto detailing is actually preventative maintenance for the interior and exterior of your car. Failure to properly maintain your vehicle could lead to paint oxidation/fading, clear coat failure, faded trim, and even faded and/or cracked interior plastics and leather surfaces. Regular details ensure that these parts don’t break down over time, which keeps your car in good shape for years down the road.

Can’t I just do it myself?

Your professionally trained detail technicians have the equipment, premium products, and expertise needed to do the best job and to do it correctly. Professional detailing performed on a regular basis is a great way to keep your car looking great and feeling like new — without spending new-car money!

PET SERVICES

Do you have a pet wash?

Yes! We take care of your car and your furry friends at select Golden Nozzle locations.

Is it easy to use?

Yes! Just purchase tokens from an attendant to get the wash started. We have a variety of treatments to choose from, starting at $5.

Is there a weight limit?

No, furry friends of any size are welcome.

FLEET SERVICES

Do you have a fleet program?

Golden Nozzle offers a business fleet program perfect for whatever size fleet you have.

How does it work?

Just fill out the form here and indicate how many washes you want to purchase. We offer bulk discounts for a minimum of 50 washes.
