You pay bythe pound soyou can get alot ofgood deals onwhatever you find. Resellers have scooped upso much ofthe good stuff, but ifyou come inthe morning when they open you can beamong the resellers toscoop upneat stuff!

Loved the staff atthe Goodwill Outlet/the bins, they were very nice and helpful. Igot some good clothing and shoes toresell ata very cheap price (I think clothes are about $1.50per pound.) However, Ihave tosay itwas very dark and dingy and hard toaccurately examine clothing because the lighting wasbad. There was also alot ofdust which made mecough. But Ilove Goodwill and you really can't beat the price. Ifyou are sensitive todust, maybe wear aface mask. Iwould also come earlyin the day because bythe afternoon the best items are picked over bythe professional resellers.… – show

There isNO goodwill inGoodwill Industries.
Exploiting workers, closing stores tosell oneBay isn't doing anything tohelp local people who need everyday items.
Exceeding $400,000(and inone case upto $1.3M) inindividual salary for 23regional CEOs, according toOmaha World Herald, Goodwill clearly could afford todo better for their employees.

Staff isgreat, probably need more ofthem though. Complaint isabout customers. There should bea 1cart per customer rule and people either need tonot bring their kids, orkeep them bytheir side. Two people jammed upregisters bypushing 4—6carts overflowing with items. Ihave noissue with great deals, weare all there for the same purpose. However, one person taking all the shoes oranother buying all the toys and then preventing other customers from being able tomove because their carts are parked all over the place, then lining upso many carts that the line isnow wrapped around bythe bins soagain, customers can't shop, isridiculous.… – show

I've been toa few GWbins, and this was areally dark and dingy lookingone. The people who worked here were very nice, soI amgiving ita little higher rating because ofthem. Wegot here 30minutes before closing, somaybe they were conserving energy byturning off most ofthe lights? Noreal windows, lots ofabsolute trash, and fellow shoppers that seemed bored gave this place avibe ofGW bins jail. I'm not sure ifI hit abad day but thumbs upto employees' chipper disposition.

There are definitely some great finds tomake here for super cheap, but there isalso abunch ofliteral garbage inthe bins. Itjust gets intheway. Like empty bags that once held fabric face masks. Cords with nodevices toconnectto. There was even abig metal first aid kit that still had old and dingy open boxes ofbandaids.
