Quality Network (QNET) Engineering GmbH provides state-of-the-art testing equipment and innovative solutions for Nondestructive Testing (NDT) of materials, technical components and structures, Health Monitoring, and control of technical systems and manufacturing processes.
QNET was established 1992 with the objective to transfer most up-to-date results of applied Research and Development (R&D) to the market, directing R&D to respond to market demands, and to support international cohesion processes in Quality Assurance, safety and production automation. Thus, QNET has sponsored the establishment of QNET companies in Russia, USA, India and China. These independent companies operate in accordance to legal and commercial regulations in their respective countries. The network of QNET companies helps to provide excel-lent knowledge, state-of-the-art technologies and specialized services to the respective markets. Its global presence allows the sharing of knowledge of international standards, local market information, available technologies, and human resources.
The foundation of QNET's technical competency and innovative strength is the expertise of national research organizations such as the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft (FHG) of Germany, the Indian Institute of Technology NDT Lab., the Institute for Metal Research of the Russian Academy of Science and the Stepanov Institute for Physics of the Belarusian Academy of Science.

Examples of our NDT Products
Ultrasonic Inspection Systems Q NET Engineering provides custom tailored UT inspection systems for a variety of inspection tasks: Inspection of steels bars and rods, shafts, hollow axles, austenitic and anisotropic materials. After analyzing our customer's production processes, our inline inspection systems help to reduce testing periods and costs.
P 3132 (Härti) - Nondestructive Evaluation of Hardness Depth The instrument determines case hardness depth to provide instant control during manufacturing. Fast data acquisition rates (approximately one second per reading) allows for the testing of a large number of parts in a short time. The MS-Windows(c) based software permits comprehensive analysis functions including custom tailored user-specific requirements.
Mikro Mach - Material Analyzer The material analyzer Mikro Mach is a complete inspection system with high testing speeds for fast evaluation and recording of relevant quality parameters by combining complementary information obtained through various microstructure and stress sensitive measuring parameters simultaneously. Approximation functions to determine the quality characteristics can be obtained using multiple regression analysis. The main application areas are the nondestructive determination of surface and subsurface hardness, residual stress, case depth and machining defects.
PCUS 11 - Ultrasonic Testing with a portable PC Combined with a portable computer, this PC-Card forms an intelligent, state-of-the-art ultrasonic testing instrument. The MS-Windows(c) based software MESUS controls all ultrasonic functions for up to four PCUS 10 cards simultaneously.
UER - Ultrasonic Stress-State Evaluation of Railroad Wheels High residual and load stresses lead to micro cracking and consequential breakage of railroad wheels. Electromagnetic sensors (EMAT) can determine the stress-state and stress-state variations of wheel sections susceptible to cracking without the need of couplant media. The UER system's high data acquisition rate permits the integration into automated computer controlled inspection systems for the preservice and inservice inspection. Currently, the software provides a user interface in German, English, French or Italian. |
